Fixins Soul Kitchen was hands down the BEST food I had while visiting Los Angeles! From the moment we arrived, the entire experience was amazing! The service was fast, the staff was friendly, attentive, and welcoming, and the food was absolutely delicious! Every bite was bursting with incredible flavor, perfectly seasoned, and full of authentic soul food goodness. You can truly taste the love in the cooking! And let’s talk about the DJ! 🎶🔥 The music was on point and brought the perfect energy to the restaurant! Great food, great music, and amazing vibes made the entire dining experience even better. Fixins truly delivered the complete package: outstanding food, exceptional customer service, a fantastic DJ, and an unforgettable atmosphere! We were greeted with a warm smile by the receptionist. We were sat at a table and then asked to move because we were smashed between people and wanted more space to enjoy our experience. We were accommodated. The food we had was delicious. We had bang bang, shrimp, loaded, baked potato, chicken sandwich, and fries. Everything was delicious. We had the birthday cake and ice cream, which was absolutely amazing. The music was great from start to finish. The singer had a delightful voice, and the band was great. We would definitely return.

We went to see IZ Divine perform. She was outstanding! WOW. Dinner for 5. Great food and ambiance. We sat next to the speakers so it was way too loud. Otherwise, a fab evening.

I dined at noon at NOE before my Opera perfomance which I usually do. The place is quiet which I like, the food is good and super reasonably priced, although a bit higher than several months ago. The service is always consistently excellent, responsive and caring! I had the Papardelle with scallops and it was delicious. They also always have my favorite Pinot Noir by Meiomi! I was a bit disappointed, however because LA Opera advertised a special Magic Flute cocktail for eating here and it was not available for lunch, but only dinner! Overall, I reommend this venue as I often come here and if I want to work, I can eat and do both!
