Best South American Restaurants in Washington Park

TdB is our favorite restaurant! The quality of the meat is consistently superior, not just good. On this latest visit, all the meats were very good, however the beef ribs were a standout and were superb. They were melt in your mouth tender! They didn't need any additional seasoning. They lamb chops were seasoned lighty with a lemon pepper flavoring which was a very nice touch. Our server was attentive and even remembered us from our last visit to TdB. The carvers are always willing to please and accommodate our wishes regarding the type and temperature of the meat. The salad bar is also consistently above average. It is a meal in and of itself.

Loved it! Food was amazing, it’s was kinda empty the day I went but that was actually perfect for me hahaha loved the quiet atmosphere

Ceviche was so good, we had 2 orders of the mixed

The restaurant staff was superb and professional. The food quality and taste was noteworthy. The location of the restaurant is to die for with beautiful beach views and resort pool. It is located on the 9th floor.
