I read the reviews before eating at Corn Maiden. In spite of the many excellent reviews, they did not do enough justice to the quality and taste of every dish served. The rib-eye steak was outstanding. The halibut was fresh and cooked to perfection. The portions are plentiful and the salad delicious. The Mac and cheese can be shared and delicious. We had the chocolate tort for dessert. Again, everything, taste, ambiance, service and quality was excellent. I was more pleased than I expected.

One of our best-ever dining experiences! We had the elk tenderloin and toasted gnocchi with mushroom and preserved lemon vinaigrette. The flavors and composition of both dishes were outstanding. Our server, Kai, went above and beyond to make this a truly memorable meal. Our wine pairings were spot-on, and the butter cake with caramelized pineapple was a delicious note on which to end our dinner. Before dinner in the cafe, we had delicious drinks and a starter in the rooftop cantina - a great beginning to our Santa Fe trip.

This restaurant was the perfect place to celebrate our anniversary! We loved everything about it: convenient location just steps away from the plaza, with attentive staff, amazing food, and warm ambiance. We enjoyed our wines and loved our meals (Chama rack of lamb and arctic char). It was attached to our hotel but we'll definitely return and eat indoors to enjoy the romantic fireplace next time!

In my opinion as a resident and active restaurant diner, this is the best restaurant in Santa Fe and we have a lot of good ones in Santa Fe. The Sea Bass is delictable and the mushroom soup is “off the chain”. They also serve Mary Edwards Sauvignon Blanc - a big favorite! The food is absolutely terrific!! Highly, highly recommend this restaurant!

Amazing meal! My wife had the fresh trout and I had the pork chop. Both were cooked to perfection. A great experience with tremendous service. A gem near the heart of Santa Fe.

We love Midtown Bistro- Whether you are going for a social lunch or dinner or a business one, it is the best atmosphere, menu choices and execution and fabulous service. I am a vegetarian and there are great choices. I especially appreciate the soup choices and the omelets.
