Best Southwest American Restaurants in North Scottsdale

We made a reservation in the restaurant and ended up sitting at a high top in the bar. Super cozy and comfortable. Ordered a steak and the 3-course meal off the restaurant menu. All was delicious! Our server was a hot mess but everything else was lovely!

We love this restaurant! We were on our way to Sedona but stopped here for lunch because it’s always so delicious! The food is always tasty and creative. The service is always friendly, warm and responsive. A definite must visit restaurant!

We met for a meeting of about seven women, and they sat at us at a round table which accommodated our needs so well. They were very willing to give separate checks, and our waitress was very polite and attended to all of our needs. The food was also excellent! I love the quail Creek Café!

Our server was attentive and patient. She was wonderful. Highly recommend this lovely restaurant.

Mesa Centrale was a wonderful breakfast experience. The atmosphere was stylish and welcoming, service was warm and attentive, and the food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Everything felt thoughtfully done and made for a relaxing, enjoyable start to the day. I would gladly return the next time we’re in town.
