So good. Cool open kitchen. Restaurant was completely full but the kitchen looked under control. Truffle bourbon drink with red wine float was awesome. Espresso martini, surf and turf tartar was delicious, crispy baby artichokes, blood sausage, whole fish and ciopinno. Basque cheesecake was tasty. Service was kind and attentive. Think this is our new favorite spot in town.

We visited Gala for happy hour and had such a lovely experience! The burger was cooked just as ordered, and the burrata appetizer we shared was beautifully presented with amazing flavors. Our waiter, Omar, struck the perfect balance—attentive without hovering. We never felt rushed, even after we’d finished, and loved the comfortable atmosphere and beautiful decor. Happy hour was a wonderful introduction to Gala, and we’re already looking forward to coming back for dinner to explore the full menu!
