Best Spanish Restaurants in Chinatown

This is our 3rd time coming to this restaurant and we’re not disappointed with our meals one iota. The bread is to die for and potato chicken soup was luscious on the tongue to boot. My wife and aunt had the pappardelle pasta and ragout they found to be quite tasty. The wait staff were terrific. The only aspects to the dining experience were the noise level being somewhat high making it hard for all of us, especially my 90+ year old aunt hear any of us even with hearing aids on. Plus accessibility issues remain with a two step down to the restroom for my aunt who is wheelchair bound. A Home Depot solution for a temporary ramp is all they need I think or some alteration in the flooring to accommodate the handicapped. Otherwise don’t advertise accessibility.

So much fun! Love that San Francisco is able to keep these places alive. 10 out of 10!

Great food, great location and great service. The deserts were a particular highlight. Definitely somewhere we are adding to our “regulars” list.

I’m a repeat offender—and for good reason! 😊 I recently brought some visitors from Germany to Destapas, and they absolutely LOVED it! The food is consistently spectacular. I always enjoy ordering a selection of their delicious tapas along with my favorite, the Paella Valenciana. Everything is beautifully prepared and bursting with flavor. What makes Destapas even more special is the wonderful staff. Everyone is warm, welcoming, and attentive, making every visit a pleasure. It's one of those places I keep coming back to—and I’m never disappointed. Highly recommend!
