The paellas are always terrific, again with several choices. Mixed Paella, with chicken, shrimp, pork is perfect for lunch. The rice is super-crispy, as requested, and the portion generous. The menu featured many great options for me (vegetarian) and the wine list was top notch; if I'd not been driving I would have sampled a few more. For my meal I had the beet salad (a special) and shared the pan con tomate, patatas bravas, mushroom croquetas with my friend. It was all so amazing - fresh and prepared to perfection. Che and Rene, the owners were so welcoming and wonderful, and our server Gigi was great - checking in on us without being overly solicitous.
