The bar man was excellent! Our waiter knew the menu & went through the different cuts of meat with great knowledge & also suggested good Scottish produce as an alternative to Steaks. We ended up talking to several couples that all came from Aberdeen. What a hoot! Great night - Great food & Drink - Great service. 100% going back.
