Had a wonderful experience at Gibsons Italia! The food was delicious, and our waitress, Genevieve, was amazing. Her warmth and attentive service made the meal feel extra special by suggesting the two specials which were amazing. Great food is always a plus, but service like hers makes you want to come back. Thank you, Genevieve, for such a memorable visit!

OMG where do I begin! Well the beginning...from my initial call Michelle was amazing so I knew that everything that followed would be as well. We got there a little early before our reservation to take in a drink at the bar and listen to the live performance from the piano! My boyfriend loves a great piano bar, and the ambiance gave just that. It was the perfect decor full of masculinity but with beautiful floral arrangements to bring in such a soft elegance! Once we were escorted into the main dining area our server was Theadora and she gave just the right amount of attentiveness yet leaving my boyfriend and I plenty of moments to talk and enjoy our wine and food without a lot of interuptions. Now the food...perfect in every way. From the bread service all the way through dessert it was A1! We had east coast oysters which were so fresh. We shared the lobster linguine which was split for us with the perfect amount to accompany our states. He has the ribeye and I had the filet, both were cook to the perfect medium temp and mealted like butter when we aint them. This was his birthday celebration, so when they brought out the desert with the sparkler it was the perfect little touch needed to end the meal! And the lemon meringue was so balanced, not overly tart or too sweet... it was so good, even to my boyfriend and he doesnt usually like sweets. To put it mildly and boldly we will definitely return!!

Great vibe and decor. We loved everything we had from the brussel sprout salad, bread with ricotta and honey, pasta, Branzino and halibut. Even the roasted mushrooms were outstanding. The mini gelato cones were the perfect ending. The server was also excellent.

Retro/Old school dining experience. From the music to the food to the experience, truly a class act. With 6 in our party, we had a variety of their offerings and it was all delightful. Our waitstaff were attentive without being interrupted. Love a little Sinatra in the background while we dine on classics and new dishes.
