Best Steak Restaurants in Hillsborough

Great group dinner. The food and service both were top notch. Lily made it an exceptional evening.

Celebrating my wife's birthday. Food & service were both outstanding! We were unfortunately seated near a large party & they were loud. Other than that, all outstanding! In my view, Ruth's Chris is the very best steak house in the Raleigh area. We've tried them all and no one else even comes close!

The food was delicious. Our server Stephan was wonderfully attentive. Such a wonderful anniversary celebration. We had a fabulous dinner!

Metro 8 was an exceptional, wonderful dining experience. From the time we entered the door to the time of exit everyone was delightfully, pleasant and welcoming. The food was five star quality on a 5 out of 5 scale. This was our first time visiting this restaurant. Do Not be surprised by the low-key location because the experience on the inside is absolutely phenomenal. Metro 8 is definitely on our list of must visits on our next return to Durham. 

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five Stars, Start to Finish We had an absolutely outstanding dinner at Ruth’s Chris in Durham. Everything from the moment we walked in until the moment we left was perfect. The food was absolutely delicious and prepared perfectly, but what really made the evening special was the service. Everyone was incredibly warm, friendly, attentive and genuinely seemed interested in making sure we had a great experience. Jimmy, the maître d’, was fantastic and made us feel welcome from the minute we arrived. Our waitress, Maya, was exceptional. She was friendly, professional, attentive without ever hovering, and made the entire dinner that much more enjoyable. It is rare to have a night where the food, service and atmosphere all come together this well, but they absolutely did here. We could not have been happier with the experience and will definitely be back. Highly recommend! Five stars across the board. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
