The quality of the food here is honestly on another level. They had a unique take on the foie gras parfait with a slightly sweet pairing of crunchy walnuts. I was blown away by how outstanding the service was throughout the entire meal. For example, when I received my cocktail topped with cotton candy, my son's eyes lit up. Without saying a word, our server quickly went to get another piece of cotton candy just for my son. You really have to try their steak, as the cuts are incredibly marbled and delicious. They have a large selection of different cuts from various countries and farms. Everything we ordered arrived perfectly cooked and tasted amazing. Overall, what we ordered was on the heavier side, and I would recommend pairing it with something to balance that out. I cannot recommend this spot enough for anyone looking for a top-tier dining experience.

Gordon Ramsay Steak: An Absolutely Spectacular Culinary Experience! I’ve eaten at some incredible restaurants, and I don’t impress easily when it comes to food. But Gordon Ramsay Steak? Holy hell. This was a culinary experience worthy of the name on the door. From the moment we sat down, it was clear this wasn’t going to be just another steak dinner. Every detail felt intentional, from the beautiful presentation and elegant atmosphere to the progression of dishes that followed. The evening started with gorgeous little amuse-bouches, followed by a beautifully executed crab cake with a golden crust, charred lemon, and a delicate herbaceous sauce. Then came the sides: ridiculously creamy potatoes, beautifully prepared carrots, and dishes that proved even the supporting cast deserved a standing ovation. And then there was the steak. Good. Lord. The. Steak. Wagyu Beautifully seared, expertly prepared, and showcasing exactly what a great cut of beef should be. No unnecessary theatrics, just quality ingredients, precise technique, and flavour that commands your full attention. The kind of steak that makes you stop talking mid-sentence because your taste buds have temporarily taken over all executive functions. Paired with a beautiful bottle of Blue Mountain wine from our very own British Columbia, the entire experience felt wonderfully indulgent. As someone who genuinely loves cooking and appreciates the artistry behind exceptional food, I pay attention to the little things. The balance of flavours, the textures, the seasoning, the execution, the presentation. This meal was a reminder that great cooking isn’t about making food complicated. It’s about making every single element count. Was it extravagant? Absolutely. Was it worth experiencing? Without question. Gordon Ramsay has built an empire on demanding excellence, and this dinner certainly lived up to the expectations. An unforgettable evening, an exceptional meal, and one very happy foodie.

My experience was an excellent night out with friends. The server we had was the best I have encountered in years. She made the night extra special with her smile constantly at are table. The food was great as well but nothing could out do are server. Special night!!

    We came here for my boyfriend's birthday celebration. We did the chefs menu and it was amazing! Our server picked 5 dishes - elk tartare, kale salad, a special feature of the day (a gnocchi-like ragu), the steak, broccolini, and 3 sorbets! Their dishes are meant to be shared family style which was great cause we got the sample many things. We wished we asked for the servers name - he was so wonderful! We would definitely recommend!
