The appetizer of Fried Mushrooms was delicious and way too much for two of us but savored every bite. The Sirloin and Shrimp was delicious and the sweet potato was huge and perfect. Prosecco was perfect as well. Enjoyed it all. Very busy place so I would suggest making reservation.

Folks, I absolutely adore fine dining. If you name a steakhouse in Vegas that has linen table cloths... I've been there. This is no exaggeration. I was so excited when I heard about Alex Prime opening. Somewhere new to go. Let me just tell you that my expectations were exceeded. Trust me when I say that the food is just as good as SW, Bavette's or CUT. My table enjoyed the New York Strip, filet, chicken parm, pork chop, mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese. Then for dessert we had the apple pie and then the sundae. Ohh the apple pie. Caramel for days and absolutely delicious! I need some more of that in my life! Wow! Service was phenomenal by Brayden.We truly enjoyed talking to him. Such a cheerful guy. To summarize, you owe it to yourself to go to Alex Prime. The laid back gambling atmosphere of El Cortez with the option to treat yourself at Alex Prime to high end food that your tastebuds will rejoice for... it's the best of both worlds! I've already booked it again for later this week. You will not be disappointed!
