    The staff was incredibly attentive, making sure our empty glasses and plates were cleared away promptly. Unfortunately, we didn’t catch the name of the gentleman serving us, but he was very knowledgeable about the menu and the daily specials. Since it was our anniversary, the staff graciously treated us to complimentary champagne and chocolates, which was a lovely touch. Overall, the experience was exceptional, and I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great dinner in the Saratoga area.

    Ordered rack of lamb for a change. It was perfectly cooked to medium rare. Dirty Belvedere vodka martini was made very well and the 9oz glass of Belle Glos Pinot noir was one of the best I've ever had. Very nice evening and our server Amanda was lovely and professional.
