Kudos to him! Came here for happy hour, everything looked good and reasonable. Got the beef dip with fries from happy hour and omg the beef was sooooooo tender and soo delicious! The steak frites was a perfect portion! Loved how the plates had both the ketchup AND the mayonnaise- love the extra touch honestly. And omg the french fries----- it was tossed in chicken bouillon seasoning and made a wholeee difference, could not stop eating. Had to go back to the hostess stand to alert them no one had come to see us. Manager stepped in to assist and turned the experience around. Went well after the team was made aware of the experience. Good service recovery in that regard. There was an error on our bill at the end which was promptly fixed with prompt attention. Quality of food and drink was very good. Mushrooms Neptune, Bleu Cheese Filet & bacon wrapped filet were all excellent. Kudos to the team for addressing our issues with urgency and recovering. Would (and will) still come back again.
