Best Sushi Restaurants in Mandalay Bay Resort

This was our 2nd time at Nobu's. The food is fantastic. The only slight problem was that the table was sticky underneath.....we were trying to even the table and lifted underneath the edge, otherwise we would have never known! lol I guess something spilled and went over the edge and they didn't wipe it! We were there for a birthday celebration and got a complimentary dessert, so that was a bonus!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Nobu Restaurant. From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional, from the ambiance and service to the incredible food. A special thank you to Chef Ryan, who truly made our dining experience memorable. Every dish was beautifully presented, perfectly prepared, and full of amazing flavors. We would also like to recognize our server, who was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout the evening. Their genuine hospitality and excellent recommendations enhanced our experience and made us feel valued as guests. Thank you, Chef Ryan and the entire Nobu team, for a fantastic evening!

QUICK TAKE: We are locals who have been to TAO nearly a dozen times over the years. Consistently Excellent cuisine with great service and atmosphere. YES, we would go back. Solid 4.8 stars. LONGER REVIEW: TAO impresses as soon as you enter. Darker tones, petal flowers on water, giant Buddha. Good music. SERVICE: Seated promptly at reservation time at a booth by request. Veanah - our main server - was Outstanding. She had a great attitude, nice knowledge of options, and was there just when you needed her. Nice job! The one thing you need to watch is the other wait staff tend to be aggressive on whisking off the plates before you are finished with the sauce. FOOD and COCKTAILS: Nice wine and cocktail list. We had the Old Fashioned, a tasty Mojito and a nice Cab by the glass for dinner. Wagyu skewers, Rock shrimp in lettuce cups, Vegetable Dim Sum, Pineapple layered cake. All perfectly cooked and presented - nice job. We have had the grilled Branzino and Sweet and Sour shrimp and Halibut before and all were Excellent. OVERALL: A nice go-to place in the Venetian. For business or special occasions, can't go wrong. Tip: Ask for a booth - a great see and be seen venue. YES, we will be back.

I loved the decor of the lounge. Vinyl records covered the walls as well as framed pictures and album covers of various artists. The DJ was great. His music was upbeat and included new music mixed with fan favorites as Michael Jackson. The Gyoza and Sushi Tots were delicious. I had the Escape cocktail which I loved. I will definitely be returning!

Amazingly fresh sushi and in my opinion better than Nobu! Bravo to the chefs who prepared our meal!
