We ate at Carambola and had a wonderful meal. Wine list by the bottle good, by the glass was very limited as was most restaurants in St Kitts. Food was fresh and well prepared, with a good selection. Service was great, they gave us a desert and sparkling wine to celebrate our anniversary. Definitely a repeat! A night to remember.

We enjoyed the seven course meal with wine pairing. Each course was delicious and innovative and the wine was spectacular! The service was totally on point as well. It's a beautiful restaurant and would highly recommend if traveling to St Kitts!!
