Wow, what an amazing meal! The whole experience was wonderful from start to finish, including an intimate setting (14 or 15 people sitting in a 'horse shoe' with the chef in the middle and a wood-fired cooking area behind them), an impressive seasonal menu (with a few extras) and a very nice selection of reasonably priced wines. The menu is a prix fixe with 3 courses, with 3 selections in each course (of which we got to choose 2); there are also various other things 'thrown in', plus a few add-ons you can choose to include or not.
Everything we had was delicious, from the oysters to the fall salad to the tuna confit, house made sausage and the amazing rogue river blue. The only caveat/warning: portions are very generous, and so come hungry (and maybe consider if you really need the optional add-on:-)
Service was warm and (from the chef) very educational. We will return.
p.s. we ate at the 8pm sitting on Wednesday (which is one of the more available slots); otherwise you may need to book several weeks out.
