We have eaten several times now at Mala Dragon, and it gets better and better as we become ever more familiar with the menu concept. Remarkable and really well chosen variety of spicy, tasty, beautifully cooked and presented dishes within an intimate, wine-focused Sichuan tapas bar rather than a traditional Chinese restaurant. Distinctive, signature food, attentive friendly staff and a friendly, welcoming ambience in every respect. Tingles the taste buds without searing them, and the wines / beers selected to perfectly complement the experience. The Mala is a gem.

If you're looking for somewhere with a fantastic, interesting selection of delicious wines to try, then this is the place for you! I was able to try wines I'd never heard of and found a new favourite while I was there. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the place has a great ambience. I would definitely recommend and I will be going back.

Lovely, cosy feel and ambiance in the restaurant and extremely friendly and helpful service. Good range of wines in their cellar room, as well as good options by the glass. Great cheese and meat too!
