Enjoyed this gem for an early dinner as we were traveling through Springfield. We enjoyed a curated cheese plate, flatbread, and a generous salad for a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Over the years, I have never had a bad experience with the food or service at Cooper's Hawk. A+. Our exceptional service was provided by Cheyenne (sp?). The restaurant is large and every table was taken and folks were waiting in the wine lobby area. The noise level was energetic for sure. That was the only negative side. Most of the time, I couldn't hear my dining partners. I typically don't go on Friday or Sat. nights when the noise level is so energetic.
