When I opened my doors in July of 2009, I committed to serving the freshest Italian dishes made from local and seasonal ingredients. I learned early the heart of Italian cooking is the flavor…or sapore. My school of teaching was from the best; my Nonna Elena and Mother Lia. Their philosophy has been carried on in my style of cooking: use simple ingredients and the food will speak for its self. Classic Italian dishes grace the menu but are personalized with my unique touch. Quality and consistency is what you will find with each dish. I would never serve anything short of that. So whether you are looking for a memorable night out or a glass of wine with friends, I am glad that you have chosen Sapore. Had a wonderful meal. The lobster ravioli is a must! Servers were attentive and provided amazing service. Food came out in great time. Will be returning soon!

When asked to define of The Crossing, Owner/Executive Chef Jim Fiala often says that he is a chef that buys locally whenever possible and cooks as any French and/or Italian chef would given the ingredients sourced. Joining Jim is Chef Thu Rein Oo who brings passion and years of experience to the kitchen. Our food is fresh, organic (whenever possible), seasonal and by design very simple. The Crossing stays true to classic techniques and the chefs love showing off their skills and passion for elegant food.

Great experience! Nice location, plenty of street parking, the homemade pasta was insanely good! Service (Johnny) was fabulous. We had a great lunch and will definitely return to The Crossing if we're ever in the area again.

All around very decent. The Greek food was as good as can be expected. Not like Yia-Yias but nice that it is available. Something for everyone. Lamb chops were good.

This was our first time at The Clover and the Bee, and it was wonderful! The atmosphere is so charming and the food and service did not disappoint! We will definitely be back. It was lively, but not too noisy. Next time, I will get a table on the patio.
