We had a wonderful time, on a quiet Wednesday evening in July. The servers and bar staff went out of their way to make sure that we had a fun evening. The food was great, although the menu was somewhat different from last summer (no caviar?!?). I would definitely recommend Regent for anyone wanting to get away from downtown Saratoga but still be close to all the action.

Had brunch with my 2 besties. Food was amazing, loved the mimosas, and they make their own juices. It was a little cold in there and a bit loud at times I couldn’t hear what my friend across the table was saying. Other than that, had a wonderful brunch experience.

The pop-up brunch venue was a large tent behind the historic mansion but it was a nice day so it was enjoyable. My croque monsieur and fries were delicious and the coffee was excellent. I would like to have dinner inside next should there be an event like that.
