Always deliciously consistent and our favourite chowder of any restaurant in Nova Scotia. We have tried most of the menu over the past few years and always enjoy the food, vibe, awesome staff and the opportunity to support a great local business!

I had a great experience at Drift. First and foremost, the staff was very competent and friendly - they gave me really good advice. The food was delicious (I had the lobster cake and the mussels with salsicchia sausage). I am very glad that the handsome waiter convinced me to have the blueberry mousse as dessert - it was spectacular. So, nothing to complain about? Not really ... just one detail: it was a bit of a pity that the amuse came together with the starter, but after that, the rhythm was perfect.

Excellent time. Anthony was very kind and attentive. He was kind in doing some substitutions to suit our wishes and was nice to chat with. Food was delicious, though portions could be a smidge more. Perhaps a bit more to separate the restaurant from the lobby so people waiting to check in aren’t leaning over and looking at what you’re eating.

It was a very busy night so the server was a bit slow to take our order, but the food arrived quickly and it was hot and very good. The server was friendly and attentive. The restaurant was a bit noisy as there was a large table of four couples with 4 children under 3 years of age. Overall it was a pleasant evening, The fish & chips was delicious, as usual and the chicken club & salad was very good. It's our favorite place to dine when we are in Chester.
