Stopped in on way to Showbox show and Hart and the Hunter delivered! Had read about the Short Rib which did not disappoint. The ambiance was casual and fun and our waiter was the right mix of attentive and engaging. They made us a fan and will certainly return.

Outstanding experience in every respect. The ravioli was bursting with complimentary flavors. The beet salad was as good as it gets. The meatball app was perfect. Reasonably priced considering the quality!

Lovely ambiance and delicious, high-quality food! Our waitresses were so sweet, offered great recommendations, and surprised us with a birthday treat. The food took a long time to arrive, so I recommend ordering drinks and appetizers to enjoy while you wait. Overall, a good experience with warm service!

We've been going to Betty's since we moved to Queen Anne in 2003 and it has been consistently great. Last night we had two salads, mussels & fries, cocktails ... all for about $100. Fries may be best in the city. There is a reason they are still in business after so many years.

We had an excellent experience at Nirmal’s. Everything about it was well above standard! The food was delicious, the staff seemed as fresh as if it was their first day on the job and they were thrilled to be there (yet experienced!) and thoughtful. We loved the warm decor decor with old brick walls, lovely wood tables, and a space that had been a train station. The food is more creative than your typical Indian restaurant and the menu changes. It’s one of those places where I will just trust the chef even if I’m not familiar with the dishes. Oliver, the owner, chatted with us and he has done some wonderful community service by feeding and employing some who need support.
