Bar George delivered an exceptional experience from start to finish. Our server, Kevin, was fantastic: engaging, knowledgeable, personable, and genuinely kind. The setting itself is extraordinary, with gorgeous décor and an atmosphere that immediately makes the occasion feel special. The food was every bit as impressive. My client and I ordered the Beef Wellington and lobster risotto, and both were outstanding. The Beef Wellington was incredibly tender and practically melted in your mouth, while the lobster risotto had a wonderfully subtle and distinctive flavor. Exceptional service, beautiful surroundings, and memorable food made this a dining experience we won't soon forget.

You simply cannot go wrong here. I have been several times, and never disappointed. Food is superb, ambience calm and relaxed, friendly but unobtrusive service, pleasant decor, classy without being pretentious, and a quiet terrace for warmer days. In my experience at least, among the very best Italian restaurants in the city.

I love the cafe at Holts… I have eaten here many times… this time I took my old friend for a birthday lunch.. the wait staff are always so friendly and helpful… I had my usual Cobb salad which is really delicious .. my friend loved the salmon…we wanted a glass of white wine but we weren’t sure which one so they let us taste both, which was so thoughtful.. and generous… after we ate they brought my friend a few beautiful macarons with a candle… what a wonderful way to end a special birthday meal… thank you so much… everything was amazing… the food, the view and the lovely room… can’t wait to return!!😋😋😋

We needed a place to eat supper before our concert at Place des Arts and settled on Muze. Located on the 5th floor open air terrasse, beautiful decor, lively but not noisy, very good food reasonably priced. Service attentive. We chose a plate for two with a generous selection of steak, salmon, shrimp, and veg. Highly recommended:)
