The manager and server were outstanding, very polite and friendly

This was our first time at Carmine’s..and what a wonderfully amazing dining experience! The food was so delicious and flavorful - truly authentic Italian cuisine! And the portions were tremendous! The service and ambience were beyond compare! Can’t wait to go back on our next trip to Vegas! Truly a five-star restaurant in every way!

It is a pleasant surprise, a wonderful dining experience last night. Our venture out to try something, someplace new turned out tremendous. Thank you personally for your chef’s accommodation and attention to detail to our special diet request. Excellent

This was one of the best dinners I have had. The food was perfect to taste and presented. The wait staff was very friendly and helpful in making our decisions with wonderful recommendations. The wine they paired with our meal was spot on. I definitely will be back. I will definitely recommend it to everyone.

Always a great experience eating amazing food with high-quality customer service. Mario is always on point and the food is always fresh and delicious at a great price.
