The Story of Josephine’sThe story of Josephine’s begins during our executive chef Daniel LeBoon’s childhood. At eight years old, working for his father’s catering company, Daniel discovered a passion for food. This love — and undeniable talent — saw him intern at Philadelphia’s prestigious Le Bec-Fin. He went on to work in Paris at the venerable Hotel Vernet working under the renowned chef’s Alain Solvere and Alain Ducasse. In 2004, Daniel purchased Josephine’s in Marietta and developed an extremely loyal following based on the combination of great food, great atmosphere and great hospitality. Although Josephine’s closed in 2011, the name and the experiences are fondly remembered by countless people.

    Exceptional as always!!!! My husband and I look forward to dining at One Eleven as often as we can. I tried a different first course which was an avocado dish. It was different for me but absolutely delicious.

    Certainly one of the top choices of fine dining options in Lancaster, or Pennsylvania for that matter. What sets it apart is the creativity of the menu. Yes, there are some standards and favorites like the bisque they're known for, but you will find choices on the menu for dishes that will be new to you with exotic names and interesting combinations of ingredients. That's what makes Belvedere a special place to dine.
