My husband and I recently moved to Surbiton and had frequented the cafe next door many times, great coffee, pastries, quiche. For our anniversary we tried TFT and it didn’t disappoint. The cocktails, the wine and our food were all scrumptious. I had the lamb, it was perfectly pink and the accompanying jus sauce and apricot jam were delicious. The Malbec was smoky with a blackberry finish and paired well with the lamb and my husband’s duck. Servers were thoughtful and the ambiance is cozy and low key. We are so delighted to be near this local gem, celebrating 25 years on Maple road in Surbiton. We will most certainly be back!

We had a lovely time. The venue is very pretty and the table was comfortable. There was a bit of music but it just created a nice atmosphere and was not overpowering. We had the 3 course menu which was very good value and everything was delicious. Highly recommend the guinea fowl.
