Best Fine Dining Restaurants in Bay Terrace, Staten Island

It was incredible! First, the views are incredible. It’s why I booked it in the first place but pics don’t do it justice. I was in NYC for my mom’s 62nd birthday and it was her first time in NYC, no one made it special except Manhatta. 4 different people told her Happy Birthday + her name before we even got to the table. They also had a handwritten card for her. Staff was knowledgable & personable. They very clearly love their jobs & the restaurant does not do service, they do better! They show true hospitality.

This restaurant maintains a level of class with exceptional ambience and service to match. We received a wonderful recommended bottle of wine within our budget which was perfectly timed with chef inspired small bite starters. The prix fixed menu with numerous creative pasta options and meat and fish choices, made it difficult to choose from. The Pork Chop was perfectly cooked and the pasta was particularly delicious with just the right amount of sauce. Somehow, Nick and his professional staff continue to make this older establishment one of NYC's finest. Scalini Fedeli is a unique and quality experience from start to finish.

Beautiful presentation and plating. Highlight for us was the coffee ice cream with onion foie gras. Totally inventive and the flavors really work. The seven courses are enough and gives you a good sample of their kitchen prowess.
