Celebrated our 6th anniversary here and it was phenomenal! Great food, amazing service, and unmatched vibes. It was our first visit, but the staff treated us like old friends. Skylar was a joy and made our night feel special, management checked in on us, and the kitchen team delivered incredible food. After a disappointing visit to the Troy, MI location, this one restored my faith. It might just be my favorite Eddie V's. We'll be back!

JUST WOW! Knife & Spoon delivered one of the best dining experiences I have ever had, and the service was truly unmatched. We came to celebrate our birthdays, and what could have been a great dinner turned into an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, Caroline at the reception was an absolute GEM. Warm, gracious, and genuinely welcoming, she set the tone for the entire evening. Our servers, Pedro and Mousir, were equally exceptional. Their attentiveness, professionalism, and hospitality were next level. They made us feel celebrated, cared for, and completely at ease. This is what true luxury service should feel like! Now, the food! We ordered the Crab Rice, Oysters, Melon Salad, and Wagyu Picanha Frites. Every dish added something special to the experience, and the variety made for a wonderful meal. The entire evening felt thoughtfully executed, from the hospitality to the dining experience itself. What impressed me most, however, was the service. I have dined at many restaurants, and it is rare to encounter a team that makes such a lasting impression. Caroline, Pedro, and Mousir deserve to be recognized for the exceptional way they represent this restaurant. Knife & Spoon understands that a phenomenal restaurant experience is about so much more than what is on the plate. It is about how you feel from the moment you walk through the door until the moment you leave, and they absolutely got that right. If you are looking for an elevated dining experience for a birthday, anniversary, special occasion, or simply an evening worth remembering, Knife & Spoon needs to be on your list. Bacan is an exceptional restaurant with consistent, high quality food. The service is excellent and the environment is inviting. Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Orlando.

Kareem was our server and he was absolutely OUTSTANDING! We loved chatting with him; loved his bright and positive attitude, outlook, and overall demeanor! Loved him! He made our dining experience so enjoyable! Meeting the restaurant manager was so great..even though she is a Yankees fan..lol. But she is a Northeastern’er..so kind..and then she introduced us to Mike..the He’d Chef..from Massachusetts..like us! Spent a great deal of time speaking with him..so kind..so friendly…truly these three individuals added so much enjoyment to our dinner! Real people…kind people…salt of the earth…we would return in a heartbeat! Food was outstanding, as well! I love Chilean sea bass…hard to find…absolutely delicious!
