Best Fine Dining Restaurants in Harrisburg, Philadelphia County

Gibraltar is a fine restaurant that works hard to maintain its high level of quality. Always a lively crowd at the bar. Our server Graham again gave us 5-star service which makes the evening outstanding. There were interesting specials. Food outstanding. Can't resist the avogado! Can't wait to return.

While my spouse and I have recently enjoyed trying several different dining establishments in Lancaster, Josephine's is still our number one go to restaurant. From service to elegance to ambiance to exceptional cuisine, this is the place. My sister-in-law loved seeing her name on the menu for her birthday not to mention the very tender antelope appetizer. The calamari ceviche was equally enticing. She loved her traditional duck duo, while I enjoyed the bison rib-eye. This went very well with a nice malbec blend from the southwest of France. The lemon meringue was the grand finale to a wonderful evening. What a great time!

Never had a bad meal here as well as the service is excellent every time we have had dinner here

Food was amazing with the perfect selections to choose from that showed the chef’s intent in each dish. Provided for a kids palate as well. Our server Mike was so kind and caring with our family and truly made us feel special for our evening out.
