Food was excellent. We had the Sicilian meatballs, both salads and shrimp scampi. The focaccia bread was hot and yummy. Will definitely be back

PHENOMENAL! Why this place was dead on a Saturday night blows my mind! Dare I call it a “hidden gem”? The portion sizes compared to the pricing is incredible! Total bang for your buck! Steak was made perfectly. The Brussel sprouts were incredible! And the snacky dip trio (forgot actual name) was out of this world!! Highly recommend checking this place out!

We were just in Charlotte for one night and wanted a good meal after driving. We found Angeline's online, and really enjoyed it. We were a party of two and were sat at a 2 top with bench seating for one and a chair opposite. Sometimes restaurants really cram tables close together with bench seating, but Angeline's left a nice space between tables , which we appreciated. The food was wonderful, the whipped ricotta that was so highly praised online was indeed very good, and our entrees (Calabrian vodka sauce pasta and a gnocchi with sausage and mushrooms in a wonderful red sauce) were very tasty. The wine list was nice as were the pre dinner cocktails. We will likely be back if we are in Charlotte again.
