Best Lunch Restaurants in San Casciano Val Di Pesa

Wonderful experience. Beautiful view if you get the right table, fabulous food (best Branzino I have ever had) and wine and the staff was attentive and super friendly. A little more expensive than some other restaurants in Florence but it comes with a great view and great food!

This was our favorite place in Florence. It is a small charming dining room, and the chef comes out to discuss the options available. The service was warm and responsive, and food was divine. While we were there, we saw many repeat customers coming in for another meal. Had it not been our last night in Florence we too would have returned. Just delightful.

Everything from the ambiance to the service and the food was simply magnificent.​What made my visit even more special and touched my heart was the wonderful little birthday surprise they prepared for me—it made me so happy! ​I would like to offer one small, constructive suggestion to make the venue even more welcoming for international guests: adding pictures to the menu. During my visit, my mobile data connection inside the restaurant was unstable. ​Having a visual menu or picture-based options would greatly assist guests facing language barriers. Otherwise, it is a phenomenal place, and I cannot wait to return!

We had a great time here for an early lunch. They had just opened and we were the only ones there at noon, but the service and food was great! The ambiance is fun and the pasta was delicious!
