We chose Coast for my annual Diamond Celebration meal, and it was a wonderful experience. The Delmonico was cooked to perfection, the lobster bisque was delicious, and the au gratin potatoes were absolutely amazing—worth saving room for! A special thank-you to hostess Katrina and our server, Andrea, for making the evening even more memorable. Their warmth, attentive service, and thoughtful acknowledgment of my birthday made me feel truly celebrated. That personal touch means so much. Go there and have the Beef Wellington, It is delicious. I think that the Bartender is a "Mixologist" too.
