We ate family style. Claudio’s delicious Caesar salad made tableside, bruschetta, arancinette, salmon, filet, and everyone’s favorite, rigatoni alla vodka with added chicken filet. The food was amazing (I had a fish I’ve never heard of and it was outstanding). The service was wonderful and it was a very nice evening. In my opinion, it’s easily one of the top restaurants in Salt Lake City. Our table of four enjoyed every single dish. The recommendations were fantastic, and each dish was thoughtfully explained, which made the experience even more special. The Peruvian-Japanese fusion was incredible, with so much creativity and flavor in every bite. The cocktails were an experience in themselves, arriving with an unforgettable presentation of moon, smoke, and bubbles! The service was wonderful, the pacing was perfect, and we never had to wait long for our food. As a lovely finishing touch, we were treated to complimentary desserts, which were absolutely delicious.
