Incredible from start to finish. Every course of the tasting menu was fantastic and timed out perfectly. We opted to get cocktails, and you can tell just as much care and thought went into crafting the drinks as the food. Our server Casey knew it was a birthday celebration and went out of his way to make us feel special, on top of the already impeccable service we received from the moment we sat down. We’re already dreaming of when we can come back!

This was an experience of a foodgasm that I didn't know existed. I now can understand why Tamron Hall said she cried! I honestly thought she was being overly dramatic, but I was sorely mistaken! The story behind each dish was just amazing to hear and the freshness of the ingredients for every dish was incomparable. Even the explosion of the lotus flower bomb in your mouth was something to behold. The decor absolutely sets the stage and tells the story of the food being served. I can't wait to come back; and to be able to share this experience with family whom dare I say would have never tried this unless I brought this to them and for them to enjoy it just as much as I did, I will never forget this experience and will most definitely be back! It's worth every single penny and more! Bravo to the owners and creators of this awesome establishment. GO BIRDS, DH!!!
