Best Restaurants for People Watching in Aspen / Strathcona / West Springs

Stand out favourites had many times, Lobster Dumplings and Coconut Squid. Didn’t disappoint, consistency is amazing. Tried the newer fish dish Coal Fired Cod, it was very good but seemed expensive at $41 and it replaced my favourite Branzino dish. I’d say order smaller plates first, when done order the fish or meat dishes, otherwise they all came in a few minutes apart (not so w beef or duck, they take longer). Unless you’re in a hurry.

If you’re thinking about booking here - do it immediately! One of the best meals we’ve had in a while. Everything we ordered was fantastic. Will be back!

We had an amazing experience at Stable Palm Club last night! We sat on the patio, which had a beautiful atmosphere and was perfect for people-watching. The noise level was just right for great conversation, even with the restaurant being so busy. The food was outstanding. The croquettes and tartare were incredible, and the gnocchi, duck, and steak frites did not disappoint. Everything came out quickly and was delicious. Our server, Natasha, was professional, attentive, and timely, and really helped make the evening special. Despite how busy the restaurant was, the service was fantastic from start to finish. Highly recommend Stable Palm Club—we’ll definitely be back!

Amazing experience! The pork buns are out of this world and we ended up ordering a second round of them! Cocktails are delicious and the staff walks you through them well. Also loved the sweet chicken and the coconut cake! Will be coming back and defiantly recommending to friends!

The food is great, and their service is excellent! We are a group of 10 people with kids watching the FIFA World Cup final; everyone appreciated their service!
