I am happy to update my previous review of Three Maries after several return visits. The issues I experienced earlier regarding reservations, seating, and communication were addressed professionally by management, and I appreciate the effort they made to improve the guest experience. Most importantly, the reason I wanted this venue to succeed remains unchanged: the music is exceptional. Every visit has featured outstanding musicians, and the talent on stage rivals any jazz club in New Orleans. The intimate setting creates a fantastic listening environment, and the atmosphere feels authentic, sophisticated, and welcoming. On my recent visits, the reservation and seating process was smooth, staff members were attentive and courteous, and the overall hospitality was noticeably improved. It is clear that management listened to feedback and took steps to enhance the customer experience. What stands out most is that Three Maries did not simply offer great music—they demonstrated a commitment to making the entire experience match the quality of the performances. That willingness to address concerns and continually improve says a great deal about the management and staff. If you are looking for an excellent night of live jazz in the French Quarter, Three Maries is well worth a visit. The combination of great music, a unique atmosphere, and responsive management makes this a venue I am pleased to recommend.
