Great experience, host Kris and Charlotte were very attentive and deserve lots of praise as do the father and son duo in the kitchen . They produced moth watering food that was awesome! Noted that also on wine list promoting local vineyards which was great to see. Cannot wait to return !

Lovely place to meet with friends. The food was excellent, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the surroundings were lovely. The restaurant has a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere with great vibes. Everything was spot on, and we couldn’t fault it. We’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food, excellent service and a lovely atmosphere!

We had a thoroughly enjoyable evening at Redcoats celebrating my wife’s Birthday. The food was excellent ( we think it is the best in our area ) , the service good , and we weren’t rushed , which is how it should be , but often is not the case . The setting and ambience are both delightful .

Another wonderful meal at Lussmanns Hertford - so well looked after by everyone especially lovely Rod. The onglet steak was cooked to perfection , fish and chips divine (the hake delicious and the batter light and crisp) and the smoked haddock fish cake beautiful as always. Big shout out for the White Onion Soup starter - stunning! Desserts - blackberry cheesecake and chocolate mouse lovely however we maintain it's better with the honeycomb pieces that you used to do and not fans of the caramelised sourdough pieces on it. Look forward to next time

Very good service, new menu starting that evening so we were told there might be a little longer to wait, but the food came relatively quickly and was delicious. Cosy atmosphere in the bar area, so a lovely dining experience.
