Best Restaurants for Afternoon Tea in Chandler's Cross

This was our first dining experience here for my wife and myself. The food was very good quality and the service was attentive but not intrusive. The food portions were just the right size, not too big or too small. I chose from the a la carte menu. The minestrone soup was excellent. the veal milanese with spaghetti and tomato sauce was very tasty. The tiramisu was a good size portion. Overall a very good dining experience.

Wonderful restaurant with good food and brilliant service.

The food was really good, but what stood out most was the exceptional service from John. He was genuinely one of the best waiters I’ve come across. From start to finish, his attitude was fantastic, incredibly friendly, attentive, helpful and professional without ever being overbearing. Nothing felt like too much trouble for him, and the way he interacted with us made us feel genuinely welcome and looked after throughout the evening. Great food and an enjoyable experience overall, but John’s outstanding service really elevated the evening and deserves special recognition. He’s a real credit to the restaurant. Would definitely return!
