Recommended to us by friends who live locally. Located in the Hyatt Place Hotel on Vilano Beach. Well designed and enjoyed the live piano player. Server was excellent (Ryan), food was delicious and wine list amazing. Would recommend.

Last night, we returned to La Nouvelle for another birthday dinner—and once again, it was outstanding. We can’t say enough good things about this place. The ambiance is always spot-on—we sat outside at our usual table for two along the railing, and the service was wonderful. We started with delicious escargot, followed by a fantastic shrimp cocktail. For the main course, we both enjoyed the steak au poivre, paired with some special mashed potatoes—whatever they call them, they were delicious. And for dessert—perfection! The profiteroles were amazing, and my partner’s hazelnut mousse was outstanding. For any special occasion, don’t hesitate—run and make your reservations now!

The food and service were both wonderful. I highly recommend. We sat outside overlooking the ocean and it was magnificent.

It was our 25th Anniversary and they made sure we were treated well. Our drinks and desserts were on the house. Our waiter was amazing. The food was phenomenal! We would definitely recommend Cordova to everyone!
