- CCarraGlasgow/Lanarkshire •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoWe took my daughter in for a family lunch for her bday as she is obsessed with steak at the moment.. having visited a couple of times breifly when she was still in her chicken nugget phase (which the chef made her despite it not being an option at the time) - I was excited to see how she enjoyed a her steak experience here - safe to say, she loved it and we will be back. She has requested she skip the kids' sirloin and have the fillet like me next time though as it's currently her favourite cut. Refined taste for an 8yo haha. the staff were excellent, the brought out her bday cake and sang and their level of service all round was exceptional. This place for me far exceeds the other steak restaurants in town/finnieston. Go along for a nice meal, you won't be disappointed.More infoThe Merchant Steakhouse££££• Steakhouse• Merchant City•4.4
- JJaneGlasgow/Lanarkshire •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoWe received a warm welcome on entering from friendly and efficient staff. The service was prompt and helpful. The set lunch menu gave us some moments to swither and decide because of the choices offered. The food when it arrived was beautifully plated and delicious. The sourdough bread was spot on. We really enjoyed the ham hough croquette and the remoulade was light. The chicken breast main was succulent and we rounded off the meal with the rather nice cheese selection. Considering the quality of the wines we had we felt that they were very reasonable. This was a birthday treat from my daughter and it couldn’t have been bettered.More infoNumber 16 Restaurant££££• Modern European• Glasgow•4.9
- EEmmaGlasgow/Lanarkshire •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoThe service was 5 stars, they couldn't have been more helpful and kind. The food was the best we've had in a long time being out in Glasgow. The Pigs n Blanket, Mac N Cheese and of course their steaks were cooked to perfection. We are already coming back with friends.More infoChateau-X££££• Steak• Glasgow•4.5
