Best Seasonal Restaurants in Atlantic Station

Excellent food, service, and ambience. Great attention to detail.

Michelin Star Little Sparrow remains one of my favorite restaurants whenever I’m in Atlanta. It captures the feeling of a beautiful Parisian brasserie—the banquettes, heavy drapes, soft lighting, lovely tableware and polished service. Keenan took wonderful care of me: warm, knowledgeable and attentive without hovering. Do not skip the bread service. The warm levain baguette arrives with butter made especially for Little Sparrow, sitting in fragrant EVOO and finished with Maldon salt. Simple, decadent and absolutely delicious. My usual order is the chicken schnitzel, but this time I branched out with the Cabillaud Frites—Little Sparrow’s elevated take on fish and chips. The cod arrived as golden, crisp rounds with delicate, tender fish inside and house tartar sauce. The frites were phenomenal, especially with the garlic aioli Keenan brought alongside. I skipped cocktails to save room for dessert. Instead of my usual chocolate soufflé, I took the coconut cake back to my hotel. Unfortunately, that was the one miss. It was far too sweet and lacked the richness and finesse I expected after such an exceptional meal. I’d love to see them rotate soufflé flavors—Grand Marnier, please! Yes, Little Sparrow is expensive, but the kitchen executes its focused menu beautifully and the attention to detail carries through the entire experience. Even the restrooms and sitting area are gorgeous. If you’re anywhere in Atlanta, make the detour. Reserve a table, settle into a banquette, order the bread and enjoy. Life is too short not to eat well. Get out there and find your next meal.

The hosts were so welcoming and friendly. Ricardo was awesome! He made excellent suggestions and was super attentive. He made sure we had an awesome evening. The food and drinks were delicious. Highly recommend!
