What an extraordinary experience from beginning to end! The hospitality, atmosphere, accommodations, service, and especially the FOOD were nothing short of tremendous! What made our visit particularly memorable was the exceptional hospitality extended to our party. Despite making a same-day reservation, the team graciously accommodated us with a private dining experience right on the spot! That level of attentiveness, flexibility, and commitment to guest satisfaction is truly remarkable. And the food? ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL! Every dish was exceptional, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations! As someone who frequently enjoys fine dining establishments across the country, I have experienced some truly remarkable restaurants. Very enjoyable and relaxing, the food was delicious and the service was Excellent.

We frequent Firebirds and as per the usual everything was outstanding from the drinks, the food, and the service. The manager came to our table to ask how our visit was going, and our server David was very attentive and polite. We highly recommend Firebirds in Mason.

This may have been my best dining experience ever. The service was outstanding. They were so friendly and helpful. We arrived with a plan and based on their recommendation got entirely different meals and that was such a good decision. We had the crab cake and crab bisque which were both wonderful. We got the sea bass which was perfectly grilled. We added the bourbon sweet potatoes with toasted marshmallow which was like desert. We also got the short ribs which were so tender they melted in your mouth. And for actual desert we got the carrot cake which was delicious and huge and we also got the brûlée cheesecake. The caramelized sugar added a delightful texture and flavor that perfectly complimented the creaminess of the cheesecake.
