Best Seasonal Restaurants in Melbourne Beach

My wife and I have been coming her for 8 years since we moved to Vero Beach. We almost always order the sizzling steak (filet). It is on par with the best steak houses we have been to. The ambiance is wonderful. Overlooking the pool and the interior is upper scale. We can't say enough good things about the staff - they are as good as the food! David is exceptional. Ask for him whenever you get a chance. Friendly, helpful and sincere. He will be honest with you if you enquire about a particular dish. This is Gloria Estaphan's establishment and hotel. She has spared no expense to make this exceptional.

We ate here for breakfast and dinner!! Both meals were amazing and we can’t wait to come back.

Had a terrific Fall is for Foodies night at Fat Snook! The grilled shrimp app and Flat Iron Steak in celeriac puree were the main hits but the carrot cake tres leches gave us the cherry on top for the evening. Special thanks as always to Casey our server who always does a great job with our wines and to the staff overall!

Our first visit, and we’re already looking forward to the next! We loved the decor and overall ambiance. As other diners have mentioned, it can get a bit loud, but the music selection was great and added to the lively atmosphere. The drinks were fantastic, the Greek salad was delicious, and both the chicken and halibut special were outstanding! Service was attentive without being overbearing, and every staff member we encountered was friendly and polite. The bar had such a cool vibe that we’ve already decided to sit there on our next visit. We can’t wait to try more of the delicious-looking menu items. So happy we discovered this gem!

Everything was very tasty. Our server was great. They really changed the look of the place.
