We went to DD’s for Canadian Thanksgiving. We’re not Canadian, but I can’t turn down turkey and stuffing! The staff is always engaging, attentive, and as professional as you could ever hope for, and our servers, Daniel (and another whose name I forgot, sorry!) and everyone else made sure that tradition continued. They re-opened for the season just a few days before, so it was great to welcome them back. The dinner was just right. Lots of turkey and gravy, stuffing, cranberry sauce and a very clever and delicious presentation of candied sweet potato. It totally hit the spot. Unfortunately, because of the on again/off again hurricane, there wasn’t much of a crowd. Too bad, because it was delicious, with enough left over for hot turkey sandwiches the next day (though I had to make my own gravy. I should have asked for extra!) It’s definitely one of my very favorite places on the malecón. They also have great brunch!
