An Amazing Dining Experience from Start to Finish! Hudson & Co. absolutely delivered! From the food to the service and the beautiful atmosphere, everything about our evening was exceptional. We started with the oxtail croquettes and pepperoni pizza, both of which were delicious. For our entrées, I had the filet with spinach and potato purée, while my date enjoyed the prime steak. Everything was cooked beautifully, full of flavor, and thoroughly enjoyed. We finished the evening with Charlotte’s Ping Pong Waves for dessert, which was the perfect ending to an already fantastic meal. What truly elevated the experience was the outstanding service. Our server, Alex, was attentive, personable, and made sure we were well taken care of throughout the evening. Elijah, our busser, was equally wonderful. Both were professional, welcoming, and genuinely contributed to making our date night special. Between the delicious food, beautiful waterfront atmosphere, and exceptional hospitality, Hudson & Co. checked every box. It’s one thing to have a beautiful restaurant, but it’s another to deliver an experience that matches the setting. We will absolutely be back!
