We arrived early. Got seated right away. Server was right there with water. Delivered our drinks quickly. It was all really efficient and the food was great. We were celebrating a birthday, and she brought us a complimentary dessert which we all shared. It was apparently homecoming for some area high schools and there were lots of beautiful young people using the Hotel Roanoke for a backdrop for their photos. It was fun to see the tuxes and the dresses (whew some were extra short!!!!!) but it was fun to see young people having fun. We had a great time!

We gave Frankie’s another go after being a little disappointed with our previous time there. This was probably the best experience we have had there in a long time. Food was all perfect, desert was great and our waitress was awesome. Will be back soon

Amazing food. The elk was perfectly prepared with no gaminess. The rabbit and squash was delicious. The cocktails hit perfectly with the ambience.

Another exceptional dining experience in this restaurant. Today I invited two friends to dine there and they also loved the place. It has a warm ans cozy ambiance and a beautiful view of the heart of downtown Roanoke. We were assigned Damita, one of my favorite servers and she did an excellent job taking care of us. To drink my friends had a softdrink, and a Lemonade. I had a N/A Mockjito (my favorite there). To dine we had a Calypso Sandwich and two Chop House Burgers from their reasantly introduced Fall menu. Everything was delicious, especially their fries. They make the best fries around. We all enjoyed a lovely evening of dining and socializing. I highly recomend this place to gather with friends to spend some quality time enjoying some delicious food and amazing drinks.
