Best Neighbourhood Gem Restaurants in Michigan City

Retro/Old school dining experience. From the music to the food to the experience, truly a class act. With 6 in our party, we had a variety of their offerings and it was all delightful. Our waitstaff were attentive without being interrupted. Love a little Sinatra in the background while we dine on classics and new dishes.

Last night was our third dinner at Petite Edith, and again, a wonderful experience. Unique, delicious food - we had the cassoulet and the trout, as well as the amazing flatbread - and informed, great service from Jon. What a gem of a restaurant.

The restaurant experience is extremely lovely with Ralph Lauren dinnerware, chiseled glasses, refined warm decoration with blue touches and wooden panel, semi-open views on the kitchen, not too loud, and personable service. The menu is reliably very good, from appetizer to dessert. Highly recommend this place.

Excellent experience! Every entree was fantastic, drinks were strong, and excellent service

The food was great. We loved the dinner for two option. Melissa was an outstanding server. She was personable, kind, helpful, and attentive. She made our dining experience even better!
