We decided to add the Chef’s Experience for a minimal additional cost, and it was worth every penny! It included an individual appetizer delivered right to our table by the Chef himself, who took the time to explain each item and share the details of what we were enjoying. Our burgers were absolutely delicious, and just when we thought the experience couldn't get any better, the Chef returned with individual desserts that were simply divine! Our server was excellent, and the level of service and attention to detail throughout the entire meal made this experience truly unforgettable. I would highly recommend adding the Chef’s Experience to your reservation. It takes an already fantastic meal and makes it something really special. October 13th and 14th 2026 Cosmopolitan Hotel Zuma restaurant 3rd floor of Cosmopolitan hotel Atmosphere cool 😎 with fancy wood walls. 3 open view kitchens. Robata meat is charcoal-grilled meats (and sometimes seafood/vegetables) cooked Japanese style over a special high-heat charcoal fire. 9/10 rating 10oz Wygu steak 8/10 rating Sweet corn 🌽 Michelle’s had some spice on it that wasn’t good.
