Their lobster risotto is amazing! It's an appetizer but enough that I order it as an entree. So flavorful! Service was excellent. They were very careful with accommodating my gluten issue. We stop here every year when we visit Vegas. The server even thanked me for being a return customer as soon as she greeted us. It's the small details like these that matter! Well done Hell's Kitchen.

Our first visit everything was enjoyable from the atmosphere to the service provided by our server Madison and the food was amazing I can se why on a Monday afternoon at 230 it was packed reservations are recommended we tried the branzino meatball appetizer Caesar salad spaghetti with meatballs the mushroom pizza kale salad and absolutely save rooms for dessert the basque cheesecake was a delicious way to end a fabulous meal

We loved this restaurant!!! October 13th and 14th 2026 Cosmopolitan Hotel Zuma restaurant 3rd floor of Cosmopolitan hotel Atmosphere cool 😎 with fancy wood walls. 3 open view kitchens. Robata meat is charcoal-grilled meats (and sometimes seafood/vegetables) cooked Japanese style over a special high-heat charcoal fire. 9/10 rating 10oz Wygu steak 8/10 rating Sweet corn 🌽 Michelle’s had some spice on it that wasn’t good. Too spicy. 7/10 rating Roasted potatoes 8/10 rating Miso soup 8/10 rating Edamame

Kudos to Chef Mario and his staff for a wonderful experience! The interactions were warm from start to finish, and we were treated to unexpected bites of items beyond what we ordered, which made the meal feel special. The Wellington burger was amazing, the truffle fries came with an assortment of flavor bomb dipping sauces, and the sticky toffee waffle presentation was just the right touch, a sweet treat to wrap up our chef's table dining experience. An amazing meal all around and we look forward to when we can get back to the Burger Flamingo restaurant again!
